In addition to having the spine inside the cable, the rating on the outside of the cable is rated/printed to be 550 MHz and ANSI/TIA-568.2-D. Great cable!

I used this to wire up 12 different Cat6 ports in my house during construction. It worked well and I had plenty left over for future use.

I was hesitant to go for the Cat6 since the conductors are slightly thicker than the Cat5 standard, and some people reported having trouble with the crimp connectors. I assure you that properly flattening the conductors and inserting them into the guide was simple and I crimped dozens of RJ45 connectors with no issues.

Works as expected. I have used monoprice Ethernet cable for several years and for the price it can?t be beat.

Out of the 7 -1000' cat6 cable ordered, 4 of the boxes the feed cones were broke and caused kicking when pulling out for feeding. Pain in the rear end.

I am a little baffled by all of the raving reviews. I bought 4 of these, and 2 of them the interior blue plastic ring broke. This is through normal use. So once it breaks, you have to remove it because it has sharp edges and will cut the cable. Then you get nothing but kinks as you try to pull. I've had multiple runs ruined because of a kink getting it out of the box. Unsatisifed.

Works great in my attic. I ordered way too much, but at least I have plenty for the future now.
