I use them to patch audio. If your connections from your cd changer to your receiver are 1/4” TRS then they should work for that application. Most cd players use RCA connectors for their I/O’s so double check your connectors to be sure your are getting the right product. I found the quality of these cables to be outstanding. peace.

Not red white audio. They are 1./4 inch inputs on each end. Most disk changers are 1/8 inch inputs (like standard headphone jacks). The red/white/yellow are RCA audio cables generally found on older TV's and Stereos. Most typically these are for music instruments (like guitar to amplifier)

I would think that you are looking for RCA cables, these are T-tip R-ring S-sleeve cables more for instruments like guitars hope this helps.

Not typically. Usually...rca cables would be used. These are balanced instrument cables used from a mixer to amp or keyboard to monitor.

I would think not. These are 1/4 headphone ends. You likely need RCA cable

Patch cable...
This is perfect for connecting my drum electronics. I use triggers and this makes the trip over to the head perfectly. Love the heavy duty construction.. Monoprice has the best cables. I also have many XLR cables for the rest of my system.

Great cable
This is a great cable, very substantial but still flexible. I needed a stereo cable for my K&K acoustic guitar pickup, and it had to be a right angle because I need to put the guitar on a stand. It's reasonably priced too. I would absolutely buy this again.
