Does the 66 blade have a cut and non-cut option?

BEST ANSWER: This item includes the 66/110 combo blade #7046 which has a 110 cut tool on one side and 66 on the other. If you want a non-cutting 110 tool you can buy #7044 which has 110 cut and 110 non-cut.
If you don't need 66 you can just buy #7041 which is the same tool but with the #7044 blade instead of the #7046.

Yes it will cut off the excess. You may need to adjust the setting somewhat, but it does cut it off. Make sure it is facing the right way.

The product description mentions this is for Krone as well but I don't see a Krone blade anywhere. Is there a Krone blade supplied with the product, or a replacement blade available on Monoprice?

Does not cut wire
Included bit was not long enough to sever the wire from the outside of the standard cat6 monoprice punch-down connector, so these ends need to be cut with a scissors anyhow...

Worked for my home network
I used this tool with Monoprice's keystone jacks (#5384) and a patch panel from a third party.
I don't know if this is normal, but the tool almost never cut the excess wire off. I used side cutters to remove the excess wire.

Great Tool at a Great Price
If you do any installation of phone or computer equipment and need to "punch dow" wires into insulation displacement channels this tools works very well. It is easy on th hands and does not leave the hands sore or cramped.
