We have installed many of these when we've needed to locate wireless microphone antennas on top of a tall amplifier rack. They work well for these low power signals over short distances. They aren't the best in regards to being low loss, although for wireless microphones, we've found them to always work well.
Very lossy cable, 10x higher attenuation than similar RG58 cables. Even at DC it has 0.7 ohms on only 6ft. VNA plots show 1.2dB loss for 6ft at 100MHz? Another 'chinese special' cable gives only 2dB at 3GHz (this one is -14dB at 3GHz.
OK for low frequencies if you can tolerate the losses.
I wish Monoprice had a line of 'decent' RG58 cables - I'd pay twice as much.
