The wall plate worked perfectly but I ordered white and received an off-white plate. I still used it as the plate is behind a couch. The Cat5e connectors fit nicely in the plate.
These are almost at best, but they are not the color ivory at all. Other ivory parts from Monoprice are actually ivory. Perhaps if they go behind something you won't mind.
The past few times I have ordered the two port faceplates, the Up^ arrow is actually pointing down and the jacks won't seat properly in the plate. Turn the plate upside down and it is fine. I'm starting to question why I keep coming back after the 75 oily cable wiping debacle (hours of lost labor wiping down soaked 10' and 14' patch cords.) Seems quality control is lacking severely. You'd think after the problems I have encountered and wasted time submitting reviews like this one, that they would try to do something to make me a happier customer as I have spent a lot of money at Monoprice over the years. Not the case. No incentive to come back. Seems they don't care, as much as the employee that replies to this review will make it sound like they do.
PROS: There is an up arrow on the back of the plate. If you are plugging your jacks into the faceplate while doing a handstand or standing on your head, they are perfect.
CONS: If you plug your jacks into the faceplate while standing up or sitting down, or are otherwise typically oriented, the Up arrow is pointing down and you're going to struggle to get the jacks inserted.
