BEST ANSWER: Any item that is sold in a pack would have the quantity that is in the title.
So one of these in the cart would be 10 pieces, two would be 20, etc.

Much to my surprise when I ordered 10 and I got 10 bags of 10. At that time they were .62 which I thought was about right for one compared to what is on the hook at the hardware store.
