can I mount the TV verticaly?

BEST ANSWER: I suppose you could, but that really depends on your TV's verse pattern. If the pattern is equal on all sides, there should be no problem. You will want to make sure the width of your TV verse pattern does not exceed the length of the mounting brackets otherwise you would not be able to utilize the bottom holes of the bracket.

Depends on the mounting holes on rear of television. Probably NOT mount it vertical.

No, it's a horizontal only install system. As VESA pattern mounts are directional.

can I use toggle bolts to attached the plate to the wall? If so, what size are needed?

BEST ANSWER: I don't know if I would be confident to hang 100lbs. from drywall. 3/8" toggles would be the right choice. I would use at least 4.

Yes, that is what I did. Size depends on weight of TV. I also used a washer between the screw head and the wall bracket to give it more support. Place the bolt/washer through the mounting hole in the bracket, then thread the toggle onto the bolt. That way you can use as large a bolt as will fit through the bracket.

Can I secure the bracket to the TV using only the top 2 screws, as the bottom holes are spaced too far apart?

BEST ANSWER: I would not, the TV will not be stable and will result in too much torque straining the screws and threads . You need to mount it the way it was designed and intended. There are other mounts that will better suit your TV. Good Luck

I don’t recommend it but it is doable. All depends on the TV weight but maybe that TV is not VESA compatible , or your VESA size is not for this bracket and you should get a different type of bracket.

It will PROBABLY work as the VESA dimensions are compatible. But you are really maxing it out.

Exactly what I wanted
Super easy installation. The built in level is a must in my opinion; especially for one person installs. Plenty of hardware options. One con: I wish there was a spare anchors or two. I would/will but this one again.

Slim wall mount for spare TV
Nicely built, liked the built in Level, even my daughter commented on how nice that was during installation. One negative is that I could only put 1 bolt into a stud since the entire bracket length is less that 24", this is 18" ish so I had to use a different means to anchor it to the drywall safely.

About as close to flush mount as you'd want
Works like a champ. 43" Sony TV hugs the wall nicely as a computer monitor. Just enough room for cables between the TV and the wall.

Not quite I expected
I purchased this for a name brand 32 inch TV, but I couldnt work it out because none of the screws would fit it.
I kept it, hoping to use it for a 55 inch TV, but I discovered that the brackets are too short. Granted, the 55 inch TVs VESA dimensions is 300x300.
I guess the only pro that the mount is cheap, but boy, you would need a TV that fits its narrow requirements. I cant return it because the shipping would cost almost as much as the mount.

Great mount at a great price.
Although I used different bolts because I thought the ones that came with it were overkill, the mount is everything its supposed to be. slim, easy to install, and strong enough to support a 43 Sony which I used it for. Why pay twice as much for another brand?
