Does the speaker power cable pass through the vertical tube, to hide the power cable?
A shopper
on Sep 6, 2021
BEST ANSWER: Nope. Also, despite their claim of 130lbs capacity, in real life situation, I wouldn't use them for anything heavier than bookshelf speakers; they are not sturdy for speakers heavier than 60lbs or so.

They do not. I used black zip ties to run the speaker cable down the back (wall facing) part of the stand and that hides it well.

Can it work with sonos one sl?
New User U
on Oct 22, 2020
BEST ANSWER: I just checked the dimensions of the Sonos one and yes it would fit on the stand. I have studio monitors on mine and you may consider using velcro or another form of attachment. Especially if you place the stands in a high traffic area.

Will these work for THX-365T? The speakers seem to have a larger base than 9X9 but I was wondering if they could hang over the edges.
Fred B
on Feb 12, 2022
BEST ANSWER: Yes they will work great and not just for the size of the base but also at a minimum 27" adjustment height the stands put the 365THX just at the right height when sitting and then fully extended to 45" it puts the 365THX at a very decent height when standing (I'm 5'9")

A shopper

BEST ANSWER: Yes, I don't remember the bolt size but once you get your stands just take the base to the store with you. The best place that I have found to buy casters is Harbor Freight as they have the best selection.

Wow. These are terrible and unstable stands
I placed a book shelf speaker on the top of the stand (about 20 lbs) and it's VERY unstable. The base isn't heavy enough nor wide enough to prevent the stand from tipping over in a gentle breeze. Waste of money

Sturdy and adjustable
The bases are wide and provide ample support. These are not the sleekest stands, but they provide strength and adjustability. The spiked, adjustable feet for carpet work well. In my case, I combined the topmost part of two other (not Monoprice, and not as sturdy) stands made for Apple's original HomePods to make these perfect for my needs.

Perfect stands for what I need!
These stands are perfect for what I needed for a rehearsal room! They're very well made, versatile and far less expensive than similar stands by Ultimate, Gator and others.

Great Stands !!
quality set of Monitor stands at a great price ! the only complaint would be that I would have liked the base to be a little bit heavier and my reference monitors are fairly heavy and they make the setup a little bit top heavy....not a huge deal and will probably never be an issue.

Great quality and value
I've had stationary stands until now and I like the ability to adjust the height without making permanent additions. I also like the claws since my control room also has carpet

Ok, but wobbly.
I like the adjustable height, but the stands are a bit wobbly. I wouldn't use these if I had small kids or pets that could bump them.
