No point in looking elsewhere for a super great XLR connector. Monoprice XLR has it all. Gold contacts, great look, sturdy construction, easy to fit to any cable, studio quality yet it's not expensive. High value by any measure. Recommended by this recording engineer.

A very good product when properly attached to the cable. I enjoy and trust Monoprice products to deliver the performance I need and am accustom to. My only drawback is that on occasions under daily or weekly use one or two of the gold screw that attach the connector to the cable have loosened and were subsequently was lost which causes the signal to become distorted. Much to my surprise, when I contacted Monoprice they do not keep the gold screws replacement in stock. I search online for gold replacement screw but had no luck so the main reason I ordered the connectors is to rob them of their screws. A costly venture that could have been avoided if Monoprice kept them in stock.

good solid connections. Make sure you check he for wire diameter. hole is to big for snake size wire.or tie a knot.
