We wanted to change up our sound system so we ran the snake to our newly constructed sound booth and it is wonderful. love the way each cable is labeled.

Didn't know how bad we had till we got this 20 channel box

I was really disappointed with this purchase. I have used the mic cords for a while and love them. We needed a new snake for the ensemble and I could pass up the deal that had. I bought the 20channel snake and buy the end of the first year I had all types of problems with it. Because of the type of music I was in I could not stop using it. (marching band). So now I am stuck with a bad snake and having to buy another one.

Pros - great price

Cons - at least 6 channels stopped working for me.

Do I take that chance and buy another one? For a High School Band that is a lot of money.

The snake was shipped quickly. It arrived double boxed, which is probably good considering how heavy it is. The snake was in perfect condition and worked flawlessly. The only thing confusing is that the labels are below the jacks but look like they belong to the jack under them. No biggie.

PROS: Good price. Prompt shipping. Works flawlessly.

CONS: Channel labels on the stage end are somewhat misleading.

My pros and cons pretty much sum it up. It's an awesome product for an awesome price, but it arrived broken with the connectors on the stage box not actually attached to the box but just hanging by their wires. I've tried to repair them to make them apart of the stage box again, but to no avail. At this point it's probably just a matter of time before they get torn and ripped from the wires. The 1/4" returns are a little strange, but it's totally worth purchasing adapters to make it work. Most other snakes this size are 2-3 times this price, so paying the relatively small price for adapters can be easily justified.



Bottom line is if you get one that doesn't arrived broken, it's one of the best pro audio purchases one can make.

CONS: Arrived broken with a few of the connectors on the stage box broken and hanging by their wires. I still tried them out to see if they worked and it did, but it's super inconvenient and looks very unprofessional. Also 1/4" returns are a little inconvenient, but I had enough adapters laying around to make it all XLR.
