Would this work with Stage Right by Monoprice Suspension Boom Scissor Broadcast Mic Stand with Integrated USB B-type Cable #602505? Looks like maybe the cable on the stand has a USB B plug. Anyone know?

Not familiar with the scissor mic stand, but the stage right microphones can be fitted to a standard mic boom by removing the adapter inside where the mic screws onto the little stand it is shipped with. I use a usb extension to get the extra range to set the mic boom where it is needed.

Yes the adapter on the stand is made for any mic and the weight of the mic should not be a problem because all of the joints are adjustable. Just keep in mind that the cable is a Type B to Type A both ends male.

Stage Right by Monoprice Suspension Boom Scissor Broadcast Mic Stand

Stage Right by Monoprice Suspension Boom Scissor Broadcast Mic Stand with Integrated Mini USB Cable
BEST ANSWER: It should work on any mic as long as you have a clip the right size. The stand is functional but It’s got pretty limited maneuverability and the clip it sits in doesn’t feel super sturdy.

Meh.
Meh. It does the job. I didn't read closely enough and it is shorter than I expected. But I am satisfied with my purchase

Affordible scissor mic boom.
Every time I order from Monoprice. There customers service has been great and reliable. Package always arriving within the expected time frame. I recently order this scissor mic stand. The build quality is far. But for the price point you can’t complain. I’ve seen others a little more robust but cost much more. I’ll definitely get some good use out of it nevertheless.

Almost perfect for Snowball mics
The included USB cable is designed for older USB mics, like the Blue Snowball range and other USB condensers. I've been using it with a Blue Snowball so far and it's working just fine. The stand does wobble a little bit when everything is tightened down, but the vibrations don't get picked up by the mic itself so it's a relative non-issue. It doesn't handle heavy mics like the Snowball at weird angles though, so I would advise sticking to using it with the mic resting fully upright as seen in the pictures. The USB cable being pre-installed in the stand is a big plus as well since many USB mics don't come with cables long enough to do the job with these types of mic stands.
Overall, it's a nice piece of kit for anyone with a USB mic looking for a stand that'll save desk space and money.

Barely OK...
This mic stand is usable, but borderline flimsy. Also, the USB cable that runs through the arms (so cant be changed) is the old style (USB-A, I think)... I don’t know of any mics they use that connector, so I had to buy an adapter to get it to connect to the monoprice ball mic I bought. All in all, the system is working, but it’s pretty hack-tacular to make it work.
