Its a floor plate. Good for the money
Was missing hardware kit. Called and they said they would sent hardware right out. Never did receive it. Be prepared to supply your own hardware.

Extremely Light Weight
Plan on using several sand bags if using as a base for a vertical truss. Not sure the base weighs more than 10lbs.
