I use these to tag cables. Especially good for tagging cables that should not be moved like aggregate pairs.

I was expecting the tags to be larger. There's not really enough room to write more than a couple of characters. We won't be able to use these, but they weren't expensive and I'll be happy to pass them on.

The ties were just right for pre numbering with a fine pointed Sharpie marker and then installing on my cables.

While they are an affordable way to ID cables and I was excited to find a clean and secure way to keep track of high density system wiring, this is not the answer. There is not enough room to do much more than number wires. It is also tough to write on the label tag when it has been attached. If these are not obstacles for you, then make sure to use a very light colored tag to enhance readability.

Got these to label cables in structured wiring cabinet. They work very well. The surface is easy to write on with a Sharpie marker.

I have read that these can be too small. As long as you don't try to write an essay, they work fine. Enough space for me to write something with at least 5 letters. They do a good job of labeling my home stereo cables. Everything has an ID tag now. All a single color but not a big problem.

These cable markers are right on. I first used em to mark my starting and ending points for my christmas lights and now that i have had em on the job, i have used several times for marking coax. I work in the satellite industry and these are perfect for marking locations of boxes as well as how many tuners are being used on multi switches. as a basic tie, this is fine. However, since it is somewhat pricier than basic ties due to the marker functionality, I have to advise to just buy a plain one. The market area is very small to be almost useless. The picture here does not do it justice
