BEST ANSWER: Like all TRS cables, it can carry balanced mono signals but only unbalanced stereo signals.

Fantastic cable, minor QC issue
Bit of an issue with the cable I received, the plastic reached past the bottom of the connector, preventing the plug from inserting fully. Easily shaved off with a knife. Other than that, fantastic cable. Very well shielded.

great cable, improved my audio over my cheap cable
Be aware, this is a heavy duty cable, made to last, but its also not one to replace your headphone cable. Replaced my older thinner cable with it and it sure sounds better, loss a little static i had before. this cable is thick and feels durable and well made.
