This was my first time ordering through Monoprice. I called customer service to obtain answers to some questions prior to ordering. CSR was very helpful and pointed out helpful tips to make the process a lot easier. I had no problems with navigating the website, setting up an account and placing my order. I found it to be extremely helpful that they tell you upfront if your part is on backorder. I was able to notify the Project Manager instantly. Items were delivered before the actual due date. I appreciate the convenience and quality service.
