Hooked up to ensure function, which both did. Connections on both ends nicely tight. Don't know about sound quality but have no reason to think they won't work just fine.

I use this cable for DJ monitors at gigs, it's easy to deal with, and stands up well to frequent setting up and breaking down.

PROS: Nice thick cable, tangle resistant, doesn't hold memory when you unravel it.

CONS: I guess if you want any other color than black then you're out of luck.

I was concerned about the lenght of the cable possibly delivering noise or hum since the signal was the regular consumer signal (not a pro signal) - nothing to worry about. Just a good, clean signal. Smooth and detailed and free of noise. I may replace all my cables with mono-price cables. Certainly the best cable for your dollar.
