This switch is well made and very sophisticated. Engenius Support is helpful and very knowledgable. Unfortunately the same cannot be said about Monoprice, in my opinion. Monoprice did not have this item in stock, didn't reflect out of stock status, charged my credit card & received payment without having a device to deliver. Three calls to Monoprice over 12 days resulted in disclosure that it might be weeks before it was available. I demanded and received a refund, albeit several more days later. Net result: Interest free loan to Monoprice for several weeks. Imagine doing this on a global scale? IMO, this is a potentially fraudulent method of financing a business when the items sold are known to be not readily available or are discovered to be unavailable in a reasonable time. It's unlikely I'll be shopping Monoprice again.
