The manual mentions "two way" 2.4GHz transmission. What does this mean? It also mentions that the TRRS jack on the transmitter units can be used with TRRS headsets for recording and simultaneous monitoring, is this correct? It does not seem to output any audio on my TRRS headset.

BEST ANSWER: I can confirm that the TRRS port on the transmitter does not seem to be capable of headphone monitoring despite what the user manual suggests.

The manual mentions "Download" as a function for the Type C interface of the transmitter units. Do the transmitters support internal recording? When I connect it to my PC I get a "portable storage device" with a device letter in my device manager, but it does not show up as storage in the file explorer.

BEST ANSWER: Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry. Yes this can be charged and used at the same time, depending on the charging source there is always the potential of interference noise.

Good Product with a few Issues
I'm a novice when it comes to wireless lavalier mics like this so you can take my comments with a grain of salt. But since there's no reviews of this product yet I thought I'd share my first impressions.
The good: Overall I'm impressed with how good these little wireless microphones work. They sound decent and I've yet to notice any dropouts in my limited usage. My Android phone seemed to have no issue recognizing the receiver when connected over USB-C. The included case and accessories are very handy.
The bad: There are a few warts though. The plastic clip feels a bit cheap. I'm a little concerned about how well it will hold up under regular usage. The labels on the buttons are very hard to read. You have to be holding the mic at just the right angle even tell that the buttons are labeled at all. I do wish their was some sort of button lock on the transmitters. I've found it's very easy to accidently tap the DB button by accident and change the volume on the mic. The manual is very poor. Apart from just not being very help it also appears to just be flat out wrong at times. For example it mentions a reverb effect can be turned on and off by long pressing the ENC button. However nothing happen when you do this. It also mentions that you can plug in headphones to the TRRS port on the transmitter for monitoring but this does not appear to work (however the in-line mic on the headphones does appear to work when connected).
Lastly, it took me awhile to figure out the difference between the TRRS and TRS ports on the receiver. I chalk this up to user error mostly seeing as how I'm new this sort of microphone. The TRRS port on the top of the receiver is essentially for connecting headphones to while the TRS port on the side is for connecting to the microphone input on a camera or PC. I mistakenly assumed that the TRS port was a line-out port and it took me awhile to correctly identify the correct combination of cables and ports to get my non-USB setup working.
