Constantly connects/disconnects

Seems to happen across different devices and cables. I have two of these and both of them have the same issue where charging/stops starts all the time.

Isn't tied to a specific location, outlet, cable, or device although it's worse when you use both ports.

The plugs on these are also very loose fitting in many outlets. Worse than say an Apple charging brick.
