Will you be updating the outdated Stitch App soon? Had I read the reviews, I would not have purchased these, as they are totally useless! It's not like my Android is super new, yet your app is already outdated.

If they present an update, I will pick it up, of course. The device does what I want it to.

BEST ANSWER: You need to use the STITCH App which is free of charge to be able to control the outlets. Each outlet can be individually controlled once setup in the App. The STITCH App can be linked and controlled from Google Home or Alexa.

Outdated Android app, doesn't work on my current phone
I was hoping to use the "smart" feature of this timer, however, when I went to the Play store to download the app, I was informed that the app version is not compatible with newer versions of Android. Sooo....sending them back...

Backin it's box
I like the idea but haven't been able to make them work. When I have more time I might try again but after 15 minutes of trying and getting no results I reached the end of the attempt.
It's a great concept and just what I wanted but I just can't get it to work yet!

works great
I bought this to work in a restaurant to let the waitstaff know that food is ready from the cooks with a walkie talkie.. Installed the app on our iPad and connected a lamp to the switch and works great.. about 150 feet away and downstairs from devices

Didn't work
When I tried to download the app on my Samsung S9 I received a message that the app didn't support this phone.

Easy setup
Plugged into an outlet and in no time it was connecting to my network (I already had the stitch app for other products) and was accessible. My guess in under 3 minutes. Brought outside to use and their working flawlessly.

Handy smart device
The documentation is scant but it covers downloading the application and pairing the outlet with the phone. The pairing was more finicky than I thought it would be but once paired it is pretty solid. Documentation about how to allow my spouse to connect also was non existent but we made it work. Setting up schedules was easy and makes logical sense but not quite as intuitive as a mechanical timer, however, definitely more functional.
Good features
* Operational by timer, (multiple) phone(s), outlet itself
* Set the time to turn on and set the time to turn off separately. This allows turning it on earlier remotely and then allowing the timer to turn off at the scheduled time (because you turn it on then the scheduler turns it on (already on) and then timer turns it off). Of course, the opposite is true also.
* Decent price
* Each outlet is controlled separately.
* Grounded
I've only had it two weeks, Next week it goes outside.
