Does this switch support eARC?

BEST ANSWER: Mine did NOT work with eARC, which is a huge issue. I would hope monoprice could chime in here as HDMI 2.1 is supposed to have eARC support and this device does NOT, therefore it is not HDMI 2.1.

BEST ANSWER: I am using this to switch my XBox One X and PS5 through a Denon AVR-X6700h (only one 8K/$K@120Hz input) to my LG 77G1. The TV does show Variable Refresh Rates with the PS5.

BEST ANSWER: You don’t need to switch. You can send a signal to two displays at once.

Does this(Monoprice Blackbird 8K Dual Function Splitter/Switch) support Dolby ATMOS ? My use case- My receiver's HDMI is not able to pass 4K@60hz or HDR(it used to but some thing went bad) - I have a 7.2.4 audio connected to the receiver - I want to pass my 4k Apple TV and XBOX to send Audio to the receiver vis one of the output from this box and video via the other output of the box to my projector. The HDMI cables are all good and Audio Quest 48gbbs cables. Since both Apple TV and XBOX support Dolby ATMOS I was wondering if the audio passthrough(for Dolby ATMOS or any other type) will work via this route and will there be any Audio/Video lag. I see a lot of Dolby Audio format listed but did not see ATMOS listed there.

A unique, albeit finicky, device
My use case is to split a 4K@120Hz 4:4:4 w/VRR and HDR signal from a PC to two LG OLEDs.
The user manual for the device indicates the max cable length is 3m/10ft. In practice, I have found that the max length of passive copper HDMI from the source (RTX 4090) is 2m/6ft when using certified ultra high speed cables. On the output I have found that active optical HDMI cables can be used for longer cable runs from the output (haven't tried for input).
Additionally, the default behavior of this device, with dip switches set to 000, is to copy the EDID of the display connected to output 1. However, this mode results in signal instability with my intended use.
The 111 dip switch position results in the switch having an EDID configuration that tells the PC its native display resolution is 8K, which is a problem when the output panel only supports 4K. Games will try to use the reported native resolution, as will Windows on initial connection. However, with some difficulty in getting the PC to change resolution, this dip switch mode does enable splitting a stable 4K@120Hz 4:4:4 w/VRR and HDR signal from the PC. Native 4K dip switch EDID configurations on this device are limited to 60Hz.
I have contacted Monoprice about these issues. I am hoping that they will create a firmware with EDIDs that have 4K@120Hz as the reported native display resolution and/or resolve the issue when using a copied EDID from LG OLED displays.
