BEST ANSWER: Ours has the high pitch sound that you've asked about. It hasn't had any impact on performance for ours.

BEST ANSWER: The picture is accurate. The first four ports are USB-A, although the first port has a green insert, which I believe means that it is USB 3.0 and may be able to carry a higher current. Only the last port is USB Type C.

Great bedside charging organizer
I use this for the devices I keep charging on my nightstand. It's perfect for my phone, watch, and headphones. And the extra slots allows me to keep other devices charging and organized when I need!

Works but makes a lot of noise
This things makes a lot of high pitched noise. It's not properly designed and is likely eating a lot of power just idling. I recommend going with something higher quality.

Great Value
bought this because the USB ports on my PC were being taken up by charge cabled for controllers and headsets.
This was capable of charging 2 controllers, one headset, and my Pixel 6 Pro.
It adequately powered the Pixel Stand 2 for wireless charging and did rapid charge when plugged into my phone via USB C. One review mentions a high pitch noise, and I did receive this ONLY when there was a problem with the device I was trying to charge (Charge error on old Kindle) but not when charging anything else.

Noisy and no rapid charge
This little box produces a high pitch noise when charging on some of the ports. It's enough to be distracting in a quiet room.
