Can it move side to side?
A shopper
on Nov 7, 2024
Depending on how the top portion of the mount is installed yes it can move front to back or left to right but if it is installed to move left to right the TV will hang crooked. Unless mounted with the pole going straight down, since where the TV attaches to has no capability to rotate the tv and the tv will always be perpendicular to the pole.

Yes, you can swing the TV side to side. The bracket swivels left and right.

It is written all over the description - 62.6". But do note the actual distance from the top of your TV to the ceiling will depend on the where the bolt configuration is on the back of your TV - and of course the size of your TV.

I intend to use this as a mount for my dental office. Can this be used where the television needs to be mounted with the screen horizontal to the floor?
A shopper
on Mar 2, 2026
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your inquiry. This mount cannot position the TV screen fully horizontal (parallel to the floor). It’s designed to hang the TV vertically from the ceiling with only limited tilt and will not allow the screen to face straight down toward a patient lying back.

I can't imagine how that would work. The description says it allows for a "±30° swivel range" and you need a 90 degree tilt downward to be level with the floor.

It says for TVs up to 43” and 110 lbs, why not a 55” that only weighs 20-30 lbs?
A shopper
on Apr 8, 2025
BEST ANSWER: Hi, thank you for your inquiry. As long as your TV's weight is less than 110lbs and the VESA pattern of your TV is 200x200, then this should be fine. If the VESA pattern of your 55"TV is more than 200x200, We would not recommend this item.

Can this be used to have the TV mounted horizontal to the floor/flush along the ceiling? Planning to install it on the ceiling for patients to watch TV while treatment is being conducted.

BEST ANSWER: Hi, thank you for your inquiry. The mount is built with an extension arm and a tilt/swivel joint. However, it’s meant to hang downward and be angled toward the viewer.
