I would like to lower my TV down by 5 inches to 10 inches. I don't want to remove the bracket currently installed to the wall. Is there a set of brackets that can mounted on the back of the TV to bring my TV down by 5 inches? Thanks

BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your inquiry. We do not sell brackets separately. You may want to use the lower pair of holes of the bracket that attached to the TV to lower it down.

The description says: “The unique, dual mounting arms can move independently, allowing it to be easily installed on flat walls…” but there are no instructions with the product showing how to do this. Can you provide instructions? Others have this same question so please answer it.

BEST ANSWER: Hello, and thank you for your question. To install on a flat wall, you would need to know how far apart your wooden studs are. You would then install each arm wall plate to each of the two wooden studs. This install would be very similar to product number 43199. I am looking for a TV wall mount for 75" OLED TV that weighs 52 lbs. I have to center the TV between three studs that are 16" apart. Can I install this model on studs 32" apart? If this model doesn't work, can you suggest any full motion wall mount that I could install on studs that are 32" apart.
