Because it is designed to collapse and comes I two pieces requiring 6 set screws to put together it was difficult to get level as the left and right pieces easily shift even when screwed.

comes in two pieces & requires screwing together no big deal I mounted a 70" TV on it over my fireplace &the tilt is perfect. I like the fact that it comes with all kinds of machine screws & spacers so you are able to mount the TV several inches away from the wall.As usual Monoprice comes through again

Good product for price.

My family decided to upgrade our tv from a 42" model to a 65" model. The wall mount we had was not built to support a tv that big so I investigated what the best option is based on quality andon price. I talked to some colleagues at work who regularly hang tvs that size and bigger. Every one of them said the Monoprice is the their choice.
