The device appears to work; stuff comes out with an ozone smell, suggesting disinfection. But the device is talkative, and loud. When it's plugged in, a voice loudly announces, "Welcome to your cellphone sterilizer!" When the disinfection button is pressed, the voice yells, "Disinfection in progress!" It's so loud I'm concerned people in adjoining offices can hear it. I've taken to covering the speaker to muffle the announcements.
