It's a monoprice cable. Meaning it's very well built and does exactly what it says it does. I've bought so many cables at this point I should own stock in Monoprice.
The cat8 cable is much more flexible and moldable than we imagined! Very easy to work with. Connects to cable providers box at each tv without any pulling or strain on the cable or box. Very impressed.
My PS5, like others, had an issue where the system did not detect the wired ethernet connection. I tried the cable I had (a CAT6 monoprice cable) in different router ports and with different computers and it worked fine. If you do a Google search the ethernet port "pickiness" is a known issue but not wide-spread. The resolution is either to send it in for service or try different cables. I bought this Cat8 cable from Monoprice hoping it would solve the problem. It did, the PS5 detected the hard wired connection and everything works great. Highly recommend.
