A few weeks after running this cable to my modem, I encountered some crazy interference with my cable signal. Four channels were getting wildly out of spec SNR readings, dropping my speed from 1gbps to 30mbps, sometimes down to 1mbps, and leading to frequent disconnection.

According to the RCN technician, this cable is not the right spec for internet and is purely for AV/TV antenna use. I can't tell why, as the spec is identical to listings for high speed internet RG6 AW18 75ohm 3ghz rated quad shield cable, so the listing may be incorrect or missing important information.
