It states in the product desc "Powered from RJR-2." - what is the RJR-2? Is that referring to the rs-232 product, because I can find no mention of anything with the name rjr-2 on this site or elsewhere, which is very confusing indeed!

Can you have multiple of these units in one setup? There are multiple rooms that would like to have their own music playing wirelessly over Airplay. Just want to know if its possible and if you can change the name of each one so that they would know which option is for which room.

BEST ANSWER: The wifi is pretty much useless. You cant find instructions anywhere on how to use it. I dont believe this supports airplay. It doesnt show up on my lists. The line input works great though.

Is this a wifi receiver (airplay) the title suggests it is but I don't see it as a wifi receiver on my apple devices? I do have the Aux audio input working just fine.

Will this plug directly into the monoprice 4 zone, 6 source home audi receiver? Can it go into source 5 or 6 that has the RJ45 input? I currently have the bluetooth adapter plugged in to it

BEST ANSWER: Hi, this unit needs to be plugged in to Product # 13356 and then the RJ45 to RCA Converter is connected to the 4zone using an RCA cable. The cable is connected to one of the RCA source inputs. I hope this information helps.

How to configure it. I have all connected. I do see a green light on the wifi receiver as well. I also see the Wi-Fi list. But what's next, how do I connect it to my network and play music from this receiver?

Any update on the software to control the multi zone system? Since I could only find one (very poor) software that is compatible I’ve started work on my own prototype to control everything in one place. Just wondering if this is a waste of time since you all had Something similar in the works…

Ok, but still learning about it. Needs more data.
Purchased this one to go with the BT one. This unit has an audio jack which is needed for microphone use. Still not sure how to use the Wi-Fi portion. Can connect to it, and play music. Can?t stream since I need to disconnect from server to connect to this unit. Also, controls are very slow in responding. BT one is great with good sound and quick control response. The chip on the Wi-Fi unit is Link-Play. I am trying to contact them to see if the chip can be programmed from the Wi-Fi connection. The ad mentions a downloadable app to connect with, but can?t find a name or any data on it.
