I just purchased this bad boy and let me tell you ( this is as good as it sounds ). 200 watts for my 3 front stage speakers is perfect me, and the 8x100 for the surrounds and my atoms is more than enough power. My only complaint is the weight of this thing. Honestly it's one of heaviest amps i've ever lifted. Honestly I already had eleven channels of amplification, but it came at the expense of using 2 separate amps. My 5 channel amp had 200 watts per channel, but my 6 channel had only 50 watts per channel. So with the Monolith I was able go down to one amp and get more power. My atmos definitely came alive after installing this beast of an amplifier. Best amplifier I've owned this far for sure. If you have the opportunity to buy one I would highly recommend it.
