We have made strides to ensure there is minimal confusion with this product by directly naming this a "Type-C Video Cable," as well as in the description under the "USB Type-C™ Video" callout, which reads as follows: "Connect your USB Type-C™ enabled computer to a USB Type-C enabled monitor or display. Note that this cable only carries video." In an effort to ensure this does not happen again, we will add more obvious information to the product name to ensure other customer's are not confused and fully understand what this product is capable of before purchasing.
