How do you hang 8.5 x 11 folders? No where in your description do you address this....If there is a way please let me know otherwise its just another useless purchase.

BEST ANSWER: Hi, the drawers are spec'd for legal-size (longer) folders to hang from the front and back rails of the drawer. We are still working for an accessory, but if you need an adapter for letter-size folders, Front-to-Back Rails that work with legal-sized drawers from online or from office stores would work.

There are dimensions listed in the Specs section, but they are not labeled. What are the dimensions for Width (left to right), Depth (front to back), and Height (floor to top, with and without casters if those are optional)? Also, does this have rails for letter-sized hanging file folders?

BEST ANSWER: The dimensions are also in the PDF diagram that is linked to, as sort of a footer, in the Description tab. It will not let me post that link or a picture here, but I also wanted to double-check the dimensions myself with a tape measure. Width (left to right): smidge under 15.75", Depth (front to back): little under 19.75", and Height (floor to top with casters and cushion): about 20", Height(with casters and without cushion): little under 19", Height (without casters and cushion): little over 17". The PDF is more exact, but these basically match.

Get a letter hanging folder adaptor and I may buy this. When do you expect this folder adapter to be available?

BEST ANSWER: It can be used for letter size with the inserts it comes with, but you will not have as much space for them given they are hanging vertical instead of horizontal (meaning the available space to hang is the width, not the length of the drawer). See my review for pictures.

Better than expected
This is a winner. Thank you of making a product better than I expected. It is more durable and I like the innovation of making it a rolling seat if needed. Also, the first one we ordered was damaged in shipping and I was very impressed with how the return process was easy and fast.

misleading description, decent build quality and aesthetic
First thing noticed is that the cushion is smaller than pictured on the page. Here it shows it spanning from curved edge to curved edge. What arrived is 2 inches shorter than that. Next, the graphics in the description show the folders being inserted horizontally, but it turns out the drawer is only designed for vertical, front-to-back use (see staff answer in the Questions section).

Once I went to an office supply store and got a hanging file drawer frame, it functioned as I had hoped. As is, it will not hold hanging files.
