Higher quality than I expected; more robust hardware and even the mounting plate is thicker than most.

Put this in place of bare wires sticking through the wall, much cleaner looking, would be better if i could have mounted my speakers to the same plate

It's better quality than the big box stores so don't waste your time and money just order from monoprice.

Everything is great except the screws that are provided. Of the first 2 packages I opened, 1 screw in each was unusable and had to be replaced. I went to the hardware store and bought a bag of screws and pitched all the ones that were provided. What an unnecessary nuisance for a 2-cent part!

They absolutely worked for what I needed them for, they are made of really sturdy plastic and the binding posts are sturdy. They make excellent contact with the plugs that I have.

Definitely a good buy! Just what I spent two weeks looking for.

Nice design, though removing and replacing the decorative cover to hide the mounting screws takes some doing. Sturdy, too. If only it took US-standard dual banana plugs, which I like better than singles.

Item was delivered on time as promised. Installation was easy and quality appears excellent
