What is the thickness of the lightning plug housing? Apple cables are 5 mm. I have a Monoprice cable purchased a year ago or so that has a 6 mm thick lightning and it does not fit in my iPhone cases.

Durable (NOT) cords
I bought a number of these on sale and have had two fail, including one where the lightning plug just came out.
These cables are well built and sturdy. The red ones sure do stand out and are easy to find. However, the lightning plug doesn't seem to have the most secure fit into the iPhone meaning it'll pop out fairly easily. Overall, I'm happy with the product.
