Nice soft feel to the fabric-like wrap on the cord and the connectors hold really firm, seems like it will last a really long time. I am using to connect a 5.1 surround system to PC, so I won't be frequently unplugging and re-plugging. Cloth feel to the cable is very light and does not have any stiffness to it, seems like it would be extremely convenient to wrap up and shove in the center console if using for car audio.
