I purchase all lightining charge and sync cables from Monoprice. I purchased a lightning charger from another well-known electronic store which would charge but not sync. Therefore, my purchase at that store was a waste of my money and there was no guarantee. Well, lessons learned. Monoprice does have a no hassle guarantee. At least two of the lightning charge and sync cables I purchased a few years ago stopped working. I contacted Monoprice. Once the purchase was verified, Monooprice sent me a replacement lightning charge and sync cable. I know when I purchase a lightning sync and charge cable from Monoprice, it will do the job, and Monoprice backs up their merchandise.

Product was excellent, exactly as described. Shipping left much to be desired. Ordered on the 3rd, shipped on the 9th, delivered on the 22nd. Seems excessive. This is my only reason for 4 vs 5 stars. Monoprice has been my go-to for cables, connectors, and network devices for a long, long time.

Neither cords I bought worked with my IPhone X. Angled in certain ways it would charge And then stop charging every second or so. They worked on my girlfriends older iPhone so at least someone gets to use them. Looking for chargers for myself elsewhere now.
