I don't know if it will go 24 inches between studs. However, it does come with heavy-duty anchors in case you do need to put it through drywall. We hung ours on one stud and the other side was drywall and we've had no problems with it whatsoever by using those anchors.

Stud gaps are usually 16 to 24 inches apart. I wasn’t able to hit studs on my wall just because of where it was in my bedroom. I used 1/4 inch toggle bolts for the mount and seems to be pretty sturdy. This is first time I’ve ever hung a tv. I hung this in our bedroom in a weird corner where closet is. 43” tv. I placed each arm about 10 inches in from each corner of wall

I want to mount my tv in a corner where there is about 12 inches on each wall between the corner and a window on each wall. Is that enough room to install this mount?
Mike S
on Feb 6, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi Mike,
The unique nature of the wall plates featured in the Cornerstone mount would allows you to place the mount in a corner with very limited space like you describe. Ultimately though, the installation is going to depend more on the placement of the studs in the corner. If you are able to hit a stud with both arms you will be just fine.
One word of caution is that we would not recommend installing a mount of this nature directly onto the drywall without it being reinforced in some way. Please check with an installation professional for additional guidance on how about to do the actual installation.
Thank you for asking.

BEST ANSWER: If your TV says in the manual that is has a Vesa pattern then yes it will work. Vesa is a standard and this term is used rather just saying 200mm x 200mm. If your display says VESA 200x200 or VESA 400 x 200, etc. then you are good.

how do you hide wires and cables?
A shopper
on Aug 26, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The mount itself, which is amazing, does have plastic covers that slip on and off over the arms that are designed to run wires through. This only hides the wires on the mount though. If your components are much lower than your TV, you will need to look into options for hiding the wires running down to them. I have drywall, so it wasn't too difficult.

Can I mount the tv off-center on the mount? The TV is under 49.5 pounds, if this tv supports 99 pounds, that means each arm should support 49.5 on each arm and it should support the TV.

Great for corner installations
Relatively easy to install. Substantial enough to hold a 65 inch TV and flexible to pull it forward to access the ports on the back of the TV. Would be very helpful if specifications told you the MIN and MAX distance out from the corner that studs need to be located for this to work.

Works great!
I've mounted both a 55" Samsung, and then my new 65" Roku into a corner with this mount and love the look.
Both my walls have studs significantly away from the corner - about 16" each way but it has plenty of reach and still has a good amount of turning capacity to angle the screen left or right.
Installation isn't hard if you know what you're doing, but it will likely take two people for just a minute or two. After you get one screw in each side, one person can do it with no problem.
