What is the inside diameter of the post? Will the plug for Vizio SB3651-E6 fit through?
New User U
on Feb 1, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I used these with a Vizio SB46514-F6, and the plugs did not fit inside the post. The opening is only about 1/4", and the narrow part of the post is about 1 cm in diameter. It will really only fit standard speaker wire or wire without a plug on the end.

What’s a “Vizio SB3651-E6“? You might want to provide a measurement instead of the model number of a product the overwhelming majority of us don’t have?

Unfortunately not, no :( I have the same sound bar, the connecting cables to the rear satellites are too big to fit down the tube. I had to wrap the cables around the stand, and the speaker sits at a strange angle, but it actually worked out for me. Be warned, you will have to do some tweaking.

You won't be able to thread a power cable without cutting and splicing the ends. Even then, it would have to be pretty thin wire.

I don't know any details of your speakers, namely weight and mounting methods supported.
These stands support key hole mounting from the rear and standard ¼ x 20 threaded mounts.
You should check the weight of your speakers and compare to the stand capacity.
I bought these 2 years ago for my daughter as part of a surround sound system.
Watch out for shipping cost!

Are these stands compatible with MP-65RT Speakers?
Robert M
on Sep 3, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The speakers you mention are too heavy for these stands and do not have a mounting point on the back for this kind of stand. You could modify the speaker case to add a bolt to the back to mount to the stand, but the extra 12 ounces of weight may cause the friction height adjusters to fail. Since the tubes are hollow to hide the speaker wire, they may not hold up to the weight either.

BEST ANSWER: Looking into the speakers of your system, they look to have 1/4" x 20 mounting points. They should work just fine. However, I would recommend reaching out to Sony to confirm the thread size of the speakers.

I own the Premium 5.1-Ch. Home Theater System with Subwoofer 10565 and none of the included screws (M4 or M5) will thread into mount point on the satellite speakers. What size screw should be used?

Great value!
They do what they advertise. They were easy and quick to assemble. Of the three sizes of speaker mounting screws provided, none were the right size for my KLH speakers, but a quick search in my assorted left over screw collection solved the problem. I am pleased with my purchase!

modified for klipsch quintet surrounds
modified the top of these stands to connect directly to my quintet speakers and they look really slick as surrounds behind the couch.

Adjustable Height 5 lb. Capacity Speaker Stands work just fine
work very well for the very light sony speakers they are being used with. as they say, these will handle only very light speakers.

Works great
I really like them, only reason why I give them 4 stars is cause no matter what you get these days, the screws are junk.. Twisted a head off so make sure you don't tight all the way..

Fit My Little Bose Speakers
I loved these. I gave them 4 stars because when they fall over, which they will, It will guarantee break. Other than that, they're the perfect height and hides cables well. I have children, so I think a bigger platform or wall mounting is best for me.
