Can this be used for subwoofer connection with 2 RCA out to 2 RCA in?

BEST ANSWER: If the sub has a built in amp and you are feeding line level signals, yes. If you're looking to send an amplified signal to the sub through these, I'd be a bit more wary.

Yes, thank you, good clarification. I should have specified my intended configuration. Yes, I will be using a powdered sub., either the Rythmik E15HP or the SVS Ultra SB16 paired with the NuPrime IDA-16 amp., which has analogue L/R RCA pre-outs. So based on my novice understanding of all things audio, the cable would work based on your answer. Thank you very much for responding!

22 gauge for line in/out is enough for short distances. Over 15 feet use 18 gauge shielded cables.

Can these cables be used in a Car audio set up if the cables are 3Ft long?
A shopper
on Aug 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes. I used the 1.5ft version to connect 2 amps in my car audio setup. Thee cable works great. No noise or interference from car electrical system. They are nice and thick, but that makes them a bit stiff, especially shorter runs. Would recommend, nonetheless.

Are the cables double shielded?
A shopper

Setup the Unity 100 to power my ATMOS speakers on my Denon AVR-X4200w, connected using monoprice premium 2 RCA cable, there is a loud buzz even when the AVR is off coming from the speakers, and the output from the right channel is minimal. Checked and confirmed my speaker is fine as I connected back to the AVR direct and did a test tone and output was fine. Even with the volume on the Amp set at minimal the buzz is quite loud and noticeable. Did I get a bad amp? Is there a work around to get the right channel to work and buzz to go away?

Complete junk
Complete piece of junk, I was unable to get a plug in on each end, and tried very gently to adjust the outer 'gold' pieces with a pair of pliers, one of them completely broke off and is clearly just plastic that's been spray painted gold. Barely sits in the jack and I only get one channel of sound. Do NOT buy!

Good cables
Good quality, thick cables so they aren't the most flexible.

Does what it's supposed to do. No frills. A bit stiff but that's good I suppose. It's protected from wear and any gnawing rodents.
