These are thick gauge RCA cables with quality connections. I needed nearly 40' from my AV receiver to a turntable in another room, and a single cable for my powered sub. I think individual cables are offered, but recall this set being less expensive than the same number of singles and quite easy to split them for separate purpose. I am using smurf tubes from receiver to TV and other components, and they got loaded pretty full with addition of these cables. I would have preferred a little thinner gauge for my purposes, but a call to Tech support before order had him offer the same options I had already found. Only 2 days after ordering I got a message of sale price on a set of thinner gauge cables - which I would have preferred in the first place! I have already called and offered feedback to review search filters to more completely reflect the total product line. -1 star for glitchy search, but good cables (and intelligent prices) same as other HDMI, optical and Cat 6 I am using.
I have never purchased from Monoprice before, after a friend informed me of this store I figured why not check them out. I carefully compared the cables from Monoprice to the vendor I normally would purchase my equipment from and they were the exact cables for half the price. I'm very happy with the quality and price of the product I purchased.
I have moved all of my video components from the living room to a video closet located approx. 35 feet away in another room. I purchased this cable for my Blue-Ray player and/or gaming systems... it is great. Even though the signal is traveling 50 feet, I can't tell a differnce. Plus, my wife is happy to have the components hidden. I wasted several nights looking for a better price, but no one could beat Monoprice's deals and their customer services has been excellent.
I'm sure the quality is very high. They look fine. Just as good as my last cable I had. The problem is that the connection is terrible. They easily slip out. I have a projector and the picture will just randomly go out and I know to go behind it and try and readjust. It will push in but fall right back out. I have a 50ft rca for sound and its very nice and doesnt slip out. Not real sure why these do. But it does it on both the projector as well as the stereo stack. I wish it was more snug. But I cant knock monoprice for it, their price was amazing.
