BEST ANSWER: Yes, in fact that is exactly what I use them for. 5 short runs from Pre-Processor to Multi-channel amplifier and 1 to my powered subwoofer. Works great!

No. The connection on this cable is co- axial. An rca plug is most commonly used for this type of application

What is the outer insulation type? I need a rubberized insulation.

BEST ANSWER: It’s definitely a plastic sheathed cable with the ability to safely bend to a 3” radius. Not what I would call flexible like rubber.

I have a Pioneer VSX-1123-K Receiver. May I use this RCA cable to connect my receiver's pre out to the LFE input to my subwoofer? I bought a LFE cable and it's too small for the receiver's pre out.

Would this Monolith cable work better or would this RG6/U 75ohm (https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=2682) work better for a Subwoofer? Just in terms of sound/suitability, assuming price isn't a factor.

Way to go--don't go w/ wimpy subwoofer cable
Was using a cheap skinny subwoofer cable, securely connected, and hearing hum when set to anywhere near half volume. Ordered a 12 ft version of this and hum is history.

Very good quality cable at an excellent price. If I had two subwoofers, I would buy another.
I was experiencing a random hum from my subwoofer until I replaced the skinny cable with this cable. Problem solved.
