Never Miss a Deal.

I would recommend this to anyone with a new or old computer that has a dvi port on their graphics card, I went from having some blurry spots when using d-sub to everything being crisp with this dvi. The cord is very strong, a little stiff so I am glad I didn't get the higher gauge cord, the male connectors are built solid.

So, in a nut shell.. the visual quality could be better (remember this is the low end cable), but the cable is built very well. I just wish I bought a second one with this, to have a spare if I may ever need it or if a friend needed one.

PROS: Very cheap for decent quality, the best you will find at this price and a very good step up from D-sub.

CONS: The only con I have is with the shipping, was 2-3 priority, took a week to reach me, for some reason it was shipped across the U.S. and then back to finally be delivered, so it has no impact on my rating for monoprice.

After purchasing these cables in hopes to upgrade my rig to 144 hz after a year of school I decided on a pair of 3 of these cables Unfortuantitly with the BenQ 2420T/TE editions of monitors this cable did not support 144hz... this did not make sense as the AWG should allow this as well as the DvI D cable itself Awkward..?

It's a great cable, high quality - as good as or better than any $80 "premium" cable you might pick up at a big-box store. But, this is not news to anyone who shops at monoprice regularly. It's par for the course here - get your top quality cables and adapters, pay pennies on the dollar for what you'd pay at your average brick and mortar establishment.

Cable's a little stiff, but that's typical for a quality DVI cable anyways.

I don't know if I got a fluke or what, but the cable just plain didn't work. I spent an hour and half on the phone with Dell tech support trying to fix a new monitor that wasn't broken. Eventually, I borrowed another DVI-D monitor and found that the cable didn't work with that one either. Since I needed to be able to get a picture, I ended up buying a Gigaware cable from RadioShack which cost nearly three times as much but worked perfectly right out of the package.

I have no problems with the quality of the cable itself, which was beefy and as described. However, right out of the package one of the pins was bent rendering it useless. I didn't want to wait around to go through Monoprice's exchange system, and I was outside the 21-day return policy so I just ate the $10.82.

I've ordered cables from Monoprice before and have otherwise been very happy with them. Hopefully this is a fluke and not the start of a trend.

Why on earth would you pay $25+ for this cable? Don't buy elsewhere!

Image on my monitor developed an erratic flicker. Switched it to another computer and it was fine. Is my mainboard (which has on-board graphics) defective? Maybe. But how 'bout if I switch from VGA to DVI, would that work? Ordered the DVI cable from Monoprice, and three days later I had my answer, saving me the large cost of a computer repair. (btw, for fellow Linux users, KDE automatically recognized the new connection even tho it calls this cable "HDMI.")

PROS: It's a cable. The Monoprice site showed clearly that the connectors were what I needed. It was delivered fast, at a reasonable price. It works. What more could one ask?

I bought this after buying a cheap cable on eBay and finding out it was a fake Dual Link DVI cable. This one actually is a Dual Link cable and lets you run your monitor at 144hz! Great sturdy build quality too.

My 2nd order after the 24AWG I previously bought barely fit the tight space where my PC is located. As usual Monoprice exceeded my expectations. Now Im beginning to give USPS a second look courtesy of Monoprice. Their first class shipping is a lot cheaper than FedEX and UPS. So far, average turnaround time from ordering it online to delivery, in my case at least, is 2 DAYS.

Keep up the goodwork Monoprice, Ill be back for future purchases.

What more can you say, the price was a fraction of any store I went to, and the cable works perfectly as expected.

PROS: Does what it is supposed, great quality, low price, nothing more to ask for.

Even though i knew this was 28 gauge, it still is thicker than i imagined.

Well built, good signal, awesome price. About twice the thickness as the DVI that came with my LCD. The only downside is that one ends pin housing was slightly bent - though that was a very easy and quick fix done with the flick of a pair of pliers.

As usual I needed a single cable and monoprice had the best price even factoring in shipping. Received the cable quickly, was just as advertised and works great. will continue to shop here for all my cable needs

Cables were fine. Had to return cables because I bought the wrong ones. Was simple to return and got the credit back right away. Was very happy with Mono and will continue to use them.

Good cable, but very thick. If you only need a 6 foot cable you might consider something thinner.

This cable is very thick and solid and the connectors are superb with the gold-plating. My monitor's picture quality was enhanced greatly when switching from my old VGA cables to this DVI cable. One thing you will notice is due to the quality construction of the cable it is a bit stiff in addition to the thickness so it will be a little challenging to maneuver so you can connect it if you have a tight connection area on the back of your monitor. However, this is not much of an issue for me as I am loving the picture quality I now have from my 22" Dell 2209W monitor.

This cable is more flexible than the heavy-duty 24AWG, which allows easy connection to monitor. Digital input delivers perfect horizontal/vertical screen position, no matter which display resolution I choose. Very pleased with this.

It's a DVI cable that came cheap compared to all other options, and it has a high quality and hefty build quality. Well done, Monoprice.

PROS: This is a very hefty cable compared to the half dozen or so other DVI cables I have used before. I haven't ever had a bad DVI cable from anybody, but this one feels like it will hold up very well.

CONS: The cable was actually so hefty we had to move out the desk it was going behind so it could be hidden. This was unexpected because there was a decent sized gap, but it was certainly no big deal.

Quality cable at very reasonable price. When I need a cable, I always order from Monoprice.

We ordered these cable to go in our computer lab, and we're connecting them to Dell monitors. They all work perfectly, but the thickness has two minor disadvantages. 1) The ferrite core is slightly too large to fit through the monitor's cable management hole. 2) The thickness of the cable (and lack of flexibility) make it difficult to route the cable through our cable management trays. Neither of these is a big enough deal to mark it down, but I wish we'd known in advance.
