    Does this charger support the Power Delivery specification?
    Ron T on Jan 5, 2018
    BEST ANSWER: The Obsidian Series USB Type-C Wall Charger supports Power Delivery up to 45W (5 VDC, 3A or 9 VDC, 3A or 15 VDC, 3A or 20 VDC, 2.25A)
    What cable is recommended for use with this charger? None of the cables I saw come anywhere close to 45 W.
    A shopper on May 7, 2018
    BEST ANSWER: Monoprice has some, as well as Amazon. There are 60W and 100W versions... Personally, I'd just go with a 100W so you can use it later down the road for newer devices.

    Does this work with a new MacBook pro?
    A shopper on Sep 24, 2018
    BEST ANSWER: Yes. I've been using it with my 2016 and 2018 MacBook Pros. It works great. It's much lighter than the Apple charger, so I use it for travel and away from the office.

    As a 45 Watt charger, it delivers a lower maximum current than the stock Apple charger, but in most cases that's just fine. While using my MBP for regular work, it usually consumes less that 10 watts. You can work and charge at the same time. It might take a little longer to charge from a really low battery. That's about it. Unless you're doing really, really computationally intensive work (encoding video, cracking encryption codes, calculating prime numbers...) you'll never hit a point where your work needs more power than this.
    Will this work with a Dell Latitude 7370?
    A shopper on Jun 16, 2018
    BEST ANSWER: It should work. This one does 2.25 amps at 20 volts which is equivalent to the Dell charger for it.
    Sometimes Dells will show a warning or error when using non-dell chargers, but not always.
    My bet is it will work

    Good charger
    Has a nice solid build feeling. Sends LG V20 into quick charge right away; included charger would delay a few seconds which makes the Obsidian charger seem better.

    Good little
    Good charger that can be used for fast charing a iPhone 8 or 8+ with offical Apple USB-C to Lightning Cable. Can also charge Nintendo Switch at full speed if using a good USB-C Cable. Charged my 8 + from 3% to 87% in a hour.

    Secondary charger for HP Elite X2 G2
    I needed a secondary charger for my HP Elite X2 G2, and this one fit the bill with 15Vx3A specs. Other than the HP complaining that I would get better performance with a HP-branded charger, it charged quickly and with no issues.

    Works for the Nintendo switch docked
    I was looking for a power adapter that would work for my Nintendo switch while it was docked. This fit the bill. And my Nintendo switch isn't dead yet.

    Perfectly meets my criteria
    TL;DR - If you want a portable and more versatile USB-C adapter, but this... NOW.

    This power adapter does everything it's supposed to. My main reason for purchasing this was to hopefully use it as a more portable solution than bringing the original Nintendo Switch power adapter. I also transplanted the internals of the Switch dock into a much more portable casing. Up until now, I was using a 30W Anker USB-C Power Delivery adapter. Sadly, it didn't provide enough power for the docked mode of the Switch, and the device would say something along the lines of "Please use the original Nintendo power adapter." For the record, the original adapter is a 39W (15V, 2.6A).

    2017 iPad Pro 12.9" (USB-C to Lightning) -> Fast charges ?

    Nintendo Switch (undocked) -> Charges like normal ? (have yet to test any speed differences)

    Nintendo Switch (docked) -> Charges like normal and supplies enough power for TV output; works exactly as the original power adapter.

    Galaxy S8+ -> Fast charges ?
