much better than my last order though, the first order i placed for patch cable had boots so stiff you couldnt unplug them practically without pliers. these are better

It is a network cable that simply works. Has anti-stress construction at each end and a supple pressure to release the cable from its RJ-45 jack. The color, orange, makes it stand out amongst other non orange cables, a plus.

Great cable

Hard to review a cable they either work or they don't. The Monoprice Cat5e Ethernet Patch Cable - Snagless RJ45, Stranded, 350Mhz. worked fine and the colors were exactly as described. I have had no issues with the nine that I purchased.

I like the option of various colors. It helps to identify which cable is which when you are unable to see the whole of the cable from one device to the next.....you can tell which one you want to disconnect from the colour. I like the choice of various lengths as it helps to reduce cable clutter

These three feet long Network cables are perfect for using to connect to an A-B Switch so that the internet can be disconnected from an internal (home) local area network: Cables do not have to be disconnected/reconnected, just push a button1 The orange color allows for easy identification. I've not noticed any degradation of throughput, even on large (1GB) file transfers and that includes the A/B Switch.
