Will this amplifier work well using a mobile phone as the input, through an RCA Input using an Aux (3.5) to RCA converter cable? Has anyone tested a similar setup?

Yes that will work just fine. In fact, I installed this at a restaurant that uses a computer as a music server which needed a Y-adapter (3.5mm phone to L&R RCA). Generally if an amplifier has RCA inputs, you can use a Y-adapter with many playback devices. Cell phones work as well.

Short answer. Yes. However, make sure to keep the output level on your phone as low as possible and turn the gain on the amp higher to ensure that you do not overload the input resulting in distortion.

Yes. I used it with an iPhone and was pleased with the results. Just remember to raise the volume on the iPhone almost all the way up and then manage it with the amplifier.

If you don't get one of the many dead amplifiers like I did, it should work. If you saw my review, 3 of the 4 of these amps that I bought, we're DOA. Buyer beware.

I do this all the time for testing systems. Just keep your phone volume at lower levels to avoid overdriving the amp and getting distortion.

A 3.5mm to RCA works fine. I use a Logitech bluetooth receiver like the one they sell here as a more versatile way of connecting.

No power on Mic1
Only Mic1 has priority, but Mic1 does not have XLR connector and requires powered Microphone. I really needed a Mute option.

Works as advertised, great instructions
I replaced 2 older mixer amplifiers for a commercial location and found this rackmount device. Rackmount is great as it fitted in our rack!
Installation instructions werecrystal clear and i installed without any major issues.
System has been working about 2 weeks without any issues and workers now enjoy great music.

A great amp in mixer for the price. Very comparable to TOA and crown. Also has great input without buying additional cards.
