As with the 4-conductor version, heavy gauge means I don't worry about losses over long runs, stranded means it's easy to pull. Tough cover helps ensure against minor dings and scrapes during installation. All in all, a nice quality cable for all your 2-conductor speaker and other low-voltage needs.

Added bonus: with the white cover, it's a nice-enough looking cable to use for exposed runs, if needed.

I never seem to be disappointed when I buy cables from Monoprice. This cable appeared very well made. The cable was very flexible and easy to handle. A thousand feet of this cable is a bit heavy. But the cable was wound on a wooden spool that when placed on a rod, spooled off nicely. I would recommend this cable.
