What is the length of the wire? It needs to go from the top of my desk down to the floor.

BEST ANSWER: Hi, cable length is a little over 52 inches. If a longer length is needed, an extension USB Cable like Product # 5432 might help.

Key Issues.
There are issues with certain keys. Specifically the left shift key on my keyboard. It doesnt engage fully some times.
Otherwise, the value was great!

You get what you pay for
Some keys are too stiff. Tactile feel is consistent amongst the keys.

Good but problem keys
The keyboard was what I was looking for... a nice tile key with a low profile. The problem I have is the shift and enter keys must be pressed in the center and firmly enough to make them work. This has cause me much wasted time fixing my typing errors that I don't appreciate. Perhaps it's just this particular keyboard. Otherwise I like it's features and how it feels.

Keyboard has a niceplastic construction.Purchased as a emegency backup kyboard. keys ae a hit or miss, seems like 50% of thekeys youneed to press really hard for it to egister. Just to show, i left all my typing errors in this review.

Simple and Inexpensive
I would have preferred Das Keyboard but I'm a international graduate student on a budget, who needs to get a lot of writing done. Though it's minimal, it's still a full sized keyboard, much better experience than typing on a laptop keyboard. It's worth the price.

Almost a great keyboard
I really like the low profile keys (apple keyboard like), but the shift keys and enter key are very hard to make work. If you're a slow (hunt and peck) typist - the keyboard will be great, but for a faster typist, it's problematic - I'm constantly NOT hitting the shift or enter key either hard enough or in the center enough. I can actually press and hold the enter key button, off center toward the left side - and nothing happens.. If I hit it dead center or towards the right, it will work. It's just bad enough to slow you down or like me, I'm constantly correcting no initial caps. The actual keyboard (letters) has a great feel and touch. It's not worth the money to return it and I keep trying to retrain my fingers - but it's really getting irritating.

When you're used to Apple keyboards...
I use a Mac at home, and I've been given a PC at my new job. I'm very used to the fantastic low profile keys on the Apple keyboard. I was using a Microsoft keyboard and mis-striking all the time. I wanted to find a new keyboard that was closer to what I am used to, and this was the best one. It's still no Apple keyboard, but it's close enough. The -1 star problem I'm having is with mainly the left shift key. It is one of the longer keys, and like the other longer ones it doesn't always depress well if you hit it closer the edge instead of the center, like with your pinky finger. I'm having to correct capitalization errors far too often.
PROS: Low profile keys
CONS: Longer keys (except space bar) require higher force near the edges often results in errors.
