BEST ANSWER: I couldn't get this cable to display anything at 60hz. The highest I got was 3840x2160, but it was at 30hz.

This cable does NOT perform at 60Hz in 4K resolution. Extremely disappointed.

Will this carry Dolby DTS audio?

BEST ANSWER: I'm no expert, but I don't think this adapter will present a problem, PROVIDED your mini display port can feed the proper signal. The problem would be at the source, not in the adapter itself.

Works Great
Nice and thick and just the right length from a docking station to my monitor. Works great.

Doesn't work with Viewsonic Monitor
The body of the HDMI plug is too big to insert into a Viewsonic VX2370. The plug itself does not engage before the body hits the monitor housing.

Excellent cable!
This cable is exactly as I expected: thin, short (what I needed), and works great! I use it to connect my TV to Mac Mini!
P.S. Shipping was super-fast, but that might vary depending on a location, I guess...

Works fine.
Works fine with our MacBook Air. Much less expensive than Apple's cable.

Works great for what it is, Would be better Active.
This really is a great cable and works great for what it is.
That said it would be better if it was an Active cable and not a passive one so that it could work with things like the MS SP4.
