Can i use POE with this cables?

BEST ANSWER: Yes.
I HAVE had issues with some high-density cables with POE, but only in longer patch cables such as 25'. And to be fair, that issue wasn't with a monoprice cable. I've been using monoprice cables for almost a year now on POE phones, Access points, etc up to 10-14 ft with zero problems.
Anything less than 30 feet or so should pose you no problems, but in general I try to keep POE to about 14' or less.

Since these are the same as Ethernet patch cables, there is no reason why the wouldn't work. I have used them in PoE applications successfully.

Yes, absolutely. We have hundreds of these and have powered all sorts of 802.3af, 802.3at and even 802.3bt devices with them.

Of course, there’s 8 conductors inside the cable just like every other patch cable, these are simply a smaller form-factor.

Smaller Cables Are Much Easier to Work With!
Love them! The smaller diameter cable is much easier to route.

GREATLY reduces cabling density in a rack
I've been using these for years and just switched to Monoprice for cost reasons. The first order proved it to be a good choice. The cables are good quality and our clients love them!
The best thing about it from the perspective of the rack engineer, is that I can reclaim up to 55% of my rack management space. We can stack a 48 port 1U switch and a 1U cable manager and fill it to capacity with these cables, and still have room left over. You simply can't do that with standard cables.
The quality has been great and our failure rate has been zero. They're even affordable enough that we leave a few spares on-site with the customers. Invariably, they call us back to order more just for their own office use.

Been great so far
I have been very pleased with these patch cables so far as I am able to fit a lot more of them along my cable path than I would have been able to do with thicker cables. I haven't run into any issues so I'm feeling pretty positive about them.
