BEST ANSWER: There are 4, 14 gauge wires in a black casing, that casing is not perfectly round but over all the "diameter" of the conductor is about 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch...

BEST ANSWER: I counted/measured 108 strands of 0.0055" (0.14mm) diameter wire; calculates to 14.96 gauge.
Probably equivalent to standard 105x34 (~13.89 gauge).

Quality cable at good price
I got this for an install and was really impressed at the quality for the price. It's pretty easy to pull with the jacket material and quite sturdy. I have two runs of this for L and R house speakers and 2 monitors along with some 4ch snake going through 3/4 PVC conduit.
